We have identified two main areas of focus for our community involvement:  enhancement of local community facilities and conservation of the natural environment and enhancement of biodiversity.

Community Day was established to provide Debut, DE and supply chain staff with the opportunity to give back to the communities in which they live and operate. The day allows all employees, working for and with Debut, the opportunity to to participate in community activities where they can personally make a difference.

Since its inception, employees have enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to volunteer and the impact of their efforts has been significant. Activities have covered a wide range of community involvement such as painting staircases in a shelter for unemployed and disadvantaged young people, constructing bases for pig-sties on a community farm and refurbishing garden areas for a hospice that provides care and support to patients with life limiting illnesses.
