Safety is our highest priority and we do not compromise safety, irrespective of the market or business opportunity. We have clear targets and milestones to continuously improve safety and believe that every incident is preventable. We demand and develop safety skills, behaviours and attitudes in everyone that we work with and aim to reduce the need to rely on individual behaviours through planning and design. We continually learn from and implement best practices and invest appropriately in safety.
Debut is a member of the Estate Health & Safety Supplier Association Forum with Defence Estates, working together will all Prime Contractors to improve safety.
Debut Golden Rules
- Never walk by an unsafe act.
- Report all unsafe conditions.
- Always wear the correct PPE and check those working around you.
- Ensure Health & Safety items are at the start of every agenda.
- Discuss Health & Safety issues with all the workforce on a regular basis.
