Regional Prime Contract South West

The contract covers estate management services for almost 60 establishments, 
which encompasses some 200 separate parcels of land, within the South
West region.   Within these sites there are approximately 9,000 assets that can
vary from barrack blocks,  galleys and offices to infrastructure, sports pitches
and reservoirs.
 

The seven-year contract includes a framework arrangement for the
project management  of a long-term and varied capital construction
programme and the provision of  facilities management services across
a broad property portfolio including airfields  and training establishments.
 

The Bristol Bath Total Facilities Management (BBTFM) project is an organic growth development of the Regional Prime Contract South West.  It is the first time an
extensive soft services contract has been incorporated in to a Regional Prime Contract and highlights Debut’s success within this area.
