The Ministry of Defence spends well in excess of one-billion pounds a year on its estate, of which more than half is on general maintenance and refurbishment.

 

To promote and develop new and better ways of managing the MoD's estate, Defence Estates have championed Prime Contracting Initiatives.

 

 

Prime Contracting provides a single point of responsibility through a single estates partner to deliver the capital works programme and the estate facilities maintenance.
 

 

Debut is employed by Defence Estates on the Regional Prime Contract South West and Project SLAM.   Wherever possible we are co-located with Defence Estates in single Integrated Project Teams.

 

 

 

We are active members of Defence Estate’s Prime Contractors Suppliers Association and are committed to the underlying principles of collaboration and co-operation.
