John Stoke CB CBEJohn is a former Major General in the British Army. He retired from the Army in 1999 at the age of 51. His final post was Deputy Commander in Chief and Commander of the Field Army. In this role he was responsible for all operational collective training and the operational effectiveness of the British Army. Since leaving the Army, John has created a second career in business. In the Amey Support Services Group he managed strategic development for the defence division from 1999 to 2002. He then joined the Lend Lease Corporation, initially as Head of Defence Strategy but latterly as Director of Corporate Affairs and Marketing for Lend Lease Europe and the Middle East. In November 2006 he joined the BT Group as Director Global Defence and Security. John is the Non Executive Chairman of Debut Services Ltd. He is also the Chairman of the Regular Forces Employment Association, and a non executive director of the Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust . |

Geoff MinshellGeoff has over years 30 years' experience within the construction industry and has managed prestigious and complex projects in London and the South East. Geoff took up his current post as Head of Defence for Bovis Lend Lease in July 2008, previously he was Programme Director for Project SLAM. He is a Director of the Debut Group of Companies that are successfully delivering Project SLAM and Regional Prime Contracts around the UK and firmly believes that safety is an integral part of delivering any project or task.

Angus Beveridge HSEQ DirectorAngus Beveridge is a senior chartered Health and Safety professional who was appointed Health, Safety and Environment Director for the Infrastructure Division in July 2005. In this role, Angus will particularly focus on the development and delivery of the division's Corporate Responsibility agenda and incident reduction.
Prior to joining the division Angus held a range of duties across the BAA Group including Head of Group Property, Property Safety Manager and Estate Management Safety Officer.

Steve LandreySteven is a Chartered Management Accountant and his industry based experience has been gained across various sectors, including; Automotive Tier 1 Component Supply at Metzeler APS and ArvinMeritor; FMCG at Kraft Foods; and Electronics / Communications at Tyco.Engaged within Corporate and Private Equity funded businesses, Steven has operated in Senior Financial and General Management positions. Steven joined the Babcock Infrastructure Division in September 2009 after successfully managing a business restructuring / positioning and divestment process for a major Private Equity Fund and subsequently leading the post acquisition integration programme.

Graham Jeffery MCIOB - Project SLAM Project DirectorGraham joined Project SLAM in September 2003 as a Project Manager, following the Allenby and Connaught PFI bid with Bovis Lend Lease, taking over the projects at RNAS Culdrose and Gamecock whilst developing schemes at Lympstone and Yeovilton. I n March 2005 he was promoted to be the Regional Programme Manager for Region 2 in the South West, expanding coverage to the South East and in 2008 Graham was promoted to Project Director for the delivery of SLAM across the UK. He has worked on a wide range of projects starting out on Civil Engineering Projects for 20 years before joining Bovis Lend Lease in 1998 on a diverse range of projects. This wide experience has proved invaluable to Project SLAM.

Mike Beavis FCIOB - Regional Prime Contract South West Project DirectorMike’s career started as an Engineering Apprentice at the Rolls-Royce Aero-Engine Factory in Bristol. During his apprenticeship Mike attended college on day-release, studying for a BTEC (ONC) in Mechanical Engineering. On completion of the apprenticeship Mike continued at Rolls-Royce in their Works Services Division, managing projects across the estate progressing to become a Project Manager looking after projects of value up to £2M. He then took on Site responsibilities for contracted services like Waste Management, Cleaning, Logistics and Catering so started his career in Total FM. At the same time, he continued with higher education, attaining an HNC in Building Studies and going on to gain CIOB qualifications. Mike left Rolls-Royce in 2002 to join MITIE, where he became a Regional Manager delivering Total FM services across the South of England. In 2007 Mike joined Debut as the Area Manager for the BBTFM (Bristol and Bath Total FM) helping to mobilise this new business within RPCSW and then becoming the Area Manager. Since joining Debut, Mike has attained MCIOB and FCIOB status, and is now the Project Director for RPCSW.
